This tutorial is for Microsoft Outlook 2003, however it is very similar for all versions of Outlook. To setup just follow these simple steps.
Click on tools - Email accounts.
Then select "add a new email account"
Then select "POP3"
Then fill in the following screen with all your relevent information. For Example if your domain is testdomain.com then Incoming Mail Server (POP3) is mail.testdomain.com
The outgoing mail server (SMTP) will be your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) ie

| iPrimus | smtp.iprimus.com.au |
| TPG | mail.tpg.com.au |
Then click on more settings.
NB If your ISP's is not listed here please email me and I will add it to the list.
Place your email address in the reply email spot. Then click on the connection tab at the top.
At the above stage please select either "Local Area Network" (for Ethernet DSL) or "connect using my phone line" (Dial up connections). Then click OK.
You have successfully finished. Click finish.
